Measuring Success: How ClassWallet Helps Education Dollars Go Further

Posted on Categories Industry: K12

At ClassWallet, we believe every education dollar should do exactly what it’s meant to do: support learning, empower educators, and make a difference for students. That’s why we listen, measure, and continuously improve how our platform is performing.

Each year, we ask the people who use ClassWallet (educators, parents, and administrators) to tell us how we’re doing. Not just in terms of ease of use and satisfaction, but real outcomes: Are funds getting where they’re needed most? Are classrooms seeing a difference? Is ClassWallet easy to use and well-supported?

In 2025, over 21,000 users responded and we are pleased to learn that our users agree that ClassWallet is helping communities access education funds faster, with more flexibility and greater impact.

To better understand how ClassWallet is supporting students, classrooms, and families, we asked a series of questions focused on what matters most to educators and parents.

What Educators and Parents Told Us

To understand how ClassWallet is supporting students, classrooms, and families, we asked a series of questions focused on what matters most.

We asked questions like:

  • How satisfied were you with the ability of ClassWallet funds to meet educational needs?
  • Did the funds have a direct impact on learning outcomes?
  • How easy was it to use the platform to access and spend those funds?
  • How satisfied were you with the support you received?

Here’s What the Responses Told Us:

  • 92% reported that ClassWallet improved educational outcomes
  • 90% said funds met real classroom and student needs
  • 93% of parents and 90% of educators saw a direct impact on student learning
  • 87% customer satisfaction – exceeding industry benchmarks

One of the key metrics we use to gauge this satisfaction is the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a widely recognized measure of customer loyalty. NPS is based on a single question: "How likely are you to recommend this product or service to a friend or colleague?" Scores are calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. This simple yet powerful metric offers an objective, data-driven way to measure user satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Ultimately, the survey reported an NPS score of 56.6. For context: Most education technology companies score between 20 and 30 on the NPS scale. A score of 56.6 places ClassWallet in the top tier of customer trust and advocacy – demonstrating both satisfaction and measurable value.

These aren’t vanity metrics. The data gathered reflects what users experience when they rely on ClassWallet to put education dollars to work quickly, transparently, and with real educational impact.

As one educator put it:

"I was able to help my students academically exactly when they needed it most."

Why It Matters

When teachers can purchase supplies, technology, or student incentives without delay, students benefit immediately. When families and administrators can clearly see where and how funds are used, trust deepens.

Behind every data point is a student who got what they needed at the right moment — and an educator who didn’t have to navigate a maze of paperwork to make it happen.

A Note from Our Team

For Kristie Matheson, ClassWallet’s Senior Vice President of Operations, user feedback is more than a series of data points.

"We don’t measure these things for vanity. We measure them because the voice of the educators, the families, and the administrators who use ClassWallet is essential to everything we do. Every response helps us build a better product, a more intuitive platform, and ultimately, a stronger educational experience for students."

– Kristie Matheson, SVP of Operations, ClassWallet

ClassWallet continues to invest in better systems, smarter processes, and more responsive tools – all shaped by the feedback of the people who rely on ClassWallet to support their education.

Looking Ahead

We’re proud of these results but more so we’re proud of the educators, parents, and school leaders who are making every dollar count. Each survey helps us improve, and every success story strengthens our mission: to transform how education funds are distributed, accessed, and utilized.

We’ll continue listening. We’ll keep measuring. And we’ll keep building with one purpose in mind: delivering impact where it matters most.
