ClassWallet EANS Overview
The Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSA Act) and American Rescue Plan (ARP) provides 5.5 billion for the Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (EANS) program.
Under the EANS program, the Department awards grants to each Governor with an approved Certification and Agreement to provide services or assistance to eligible non-public schools to address the impact that the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has had, and continues to have, on non-public school students and teachers.

How do I become an approved vendor for the nonpublic schools to pay me using EANS funds?
Vendors must be approved by the State's EANS Program Manager before qualifying to receive orders through ClassWallet.
