Exciting News

New Mexico Becomes First to Use ClassWallet Statewide

Each year, the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) provides teachers with a classroom budget. Funding and tracking those purchases across 23,000 classrooms was incredibly burdensome. This year NMPED adopted ClassWallet, equipping each classroom with the initial class budget dollars through our platform. The result is the NMPED gets real time tracking and reconciliation of all transactions in a paperless, automated way, and teachers save countless hours and frustration in the process of obtaining needed resources.

Mobile and Birmingham Join ClassWallet

Mobile County Schools and Birmingham City Schools, the largest and 5th largest districts in Alabama, respectively, join several districts across Alabama to adopt ClassWallet. Baldwin County Schools, the 4th largest district in the State, is also a customer. Word of mouth from finance officers has spread. Now close to 15% of all classrooms in the state have ClassWallet to fulfill purchasing requests, and the business offices no longer have to manage receipts, purchase orders, invoices and checks to do so.
