Vendor Information
Ecommerce Vendor Integration
ClassWallet users are teachers, parents, and home-schoolers, with funds earmarked specifically for purchasing educational items.
Integrating with our app’s marketplace allows users to click on your logo in our marketplace and go directly to your website to shop, paying with their ClassWallet funds at checkout.

ClassWallet User Shopping Experience:
- User logs into their ClassWallet account on our app.
- They navigate to the shopping page, where a grid of store logos is alphabetically displayed.
- Clicking on the logo of their choice takes them to the vendor’s website, where they shop like any other user.
- When it’s time to checkout and select form of payment, the only option displayed is ClassWallet.
- Once the ClassWallet checkout button is clicked, they are sent to the ClassWallet site, where a summary of the order is displayed. They click on the checkout button there, and the order is submitted to the vendor’s website, and in our app.
- Vendors will see the completed order in their website admininstration backend, and the order will also appear for the ClassWallet user in their ClassWallet account.
- Pending school admininstration approval (in some districts), the funds will be deducted from the user’s account balance.
- Order status changes to "complete"; vendor ships the order to ClassWallet user.
- The vendor sends us an invoice for the ClassWallet orders, and is reimbursed via ACH, credit card or check, minus a processing fee.
