ACH Issue FAQ's

We are fully aware of a problem we had with our ACH service which impacted some of our users and vendors. We apologize and deeply regret this inconvenience.

The issue has been resolved and all transactions and scheduled payments were re-processed to users and vendors on October 14th. Depending on the bank, the re-processed payments may take up to 72 business hours to settle.

We understand this error may have resulted in unexpected overdraft fees. We are fully committed to making the situation right by reimbursing users for those fees. If you are in need of a reimbursement, please contact our customer support to begin the reimbursement process.

User banks reversed ACH deposits from ClassWallet that occurred between October 7th and October 10th.
